Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • Delivery is carried out by Speedy courier service to the nearest office (pickup point).
  • The delivery fee is 6 BGN for the entire country.
  • For purchases over 100 BGN, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Time:

  • The standard delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days after order confirmation.

Notes:

  • Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Customers will receive a notification about their delivery via the email or phone number they have provided.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled before the delivery is confirmed. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.
